The New Zealand- Shipping Company's barque Cooleen got underwefgh afc 6 o'clock this morning, and sailed out of the bay with a fine fresh breeze, which soon carried her out of sight. We wish Capt. Barkby and his officers a quick and pleasant passage home. The s.s. Sir Donald discharged the Albion's cargo at the breastwork this morning. The steamer Kiwi, Capt. James Campbell, arrived here from Wellington at 8 o'clock this morning, and was brought Straight inside by the pilot and berthed nt the cattle wharf. She reports having leftWellington on Sunday night, and experienced southerly weather to arrival. She brings a full cargo, consisting of general goods, transhipments out of the Pleione from London, and the Unicorn, from Glasgow, besides a large boiler for tho Manaia, which will be tran«hiDped to that vessel this afternoon. Owing to the quantity of cargo to discharge the s.s. Kiwi will not leave for Wellington before to-morrow at 1 o'clock. The Union Steam Ship Company's s.s. Albion, p apt. Webster, arrived here from Northern ports at about 6.15 p.m. yesterday. She was tendered by the ss. Boojum for inward and outward passengers, and for the cargo, some 50 tons,-by the s.s. Sir Donald. The steamer left for Southern ports and Melbourne afc about 3 o'clock this morning.

The steamers Fairy, Sir Donald, Resulr, and Maori, are still detained in port by the unpropitious state of the weather.
