At the Police Court this morning Rangi Puahoaho (Lloyd) was charged with having, on November 10, unlawfully obstructed Mr Hursthouse iti the execution of his duty, and refusing to leave the place (Parihaka) when requested so to do, and inciting the natives to oppose the action of the Government. Thi9 was a case under the West Coast Settlement Act, and is now being proceeded with.
