RIFLE ASSOCIATION.
[To the Editor of the Dailt Telegrajph.] Sir, —What has become of the Hawke's Bay Rifle Association ? Some time ago a general meeting was held and a committee appointed for this season, but since then nothing has been done towards making arrangements for our annual meeting. It would be a great pity to let the Association die a natural death for want of a little stirring up. I hope our secretary, who shewed so much energy last year, will bestir himself and try to make this year's meeting a success. —I am, &c, Gewrt. Napier, 23rd November.
