(by cable.) London, November 21. Consols remain at IOCf. The market rate of discount has been raised to 4 per cent., the bank remains at 5. The New Zealand seem'ities are unchanged, viz., five per cent. 10-40 loan, and five per cent 1889 loan, each at 104 ; four and a-half per cent. 1879 to 1904 loan at IOOf. Adelaide wheat, ex-store, continues at 575, and New Zealand at 42s 6d j Adelaide flour, ex-store, 425. Australian tallow, best beef, 395; and best mutton, 41s 6d.
