LONDON,
November 21
An alliance having been arranged between Prince Leopold (Duke of Albany) and the Princess Helena, fourth daughter of Prince George Victor of Waldeck, one of the German Principalities, the betrothal ceremony was celebrated at Frankfort on Saturday last.
The homeward Australian mails which left Melbourne on October 12, were delivered in London to-day.
