' ; I have also examined the Alb for such deleterious ] ingredients as are sometimes added to Beer, and have found no indication of their presence. ; The three first conditions laid down by the Committee for Wines and Beers for the late Interna, tional Exhibition, as those to which especial prominence would be given, were—lst, Low alcoholic i per centage : 2nd, Freedom from acidity ; 3rd Ab- , sence of fusel oil; and all these ire fulfilled in th sample.
