REGULATIONS— s All entries to be addressed to the Honorary Secretary H.B. Racing Club, Masonic Hotel, Napier, to contain specified sum, name of owner and colours of the rider. Nominations for Handicap Hurdles, and Pakowhai Handicap to be sent in by 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Gch December, accompanied by a fee of 1 soy foi each nomination. Weights to appear on or before 9 p.m. on Wednesday. 14th December. Acceptance without fee by 9 p.m tin Tuesday, 20th December. Nomination sfor Maiden Plate, Christmas Stakes. Half forfeits (of 1 soy) to be declared and paid by 12 noon on the day of the race for the following events or the nominator will be liable for the whole sweepstakes, viz. : Maiden Plate, Pakowhai Handicap, and Handicap Hurdles. All sweeps to be paid at scale and to be for starters only.
