Morrison's Trumpeter 2 N. Webb's Himalaya 3 Eleven started. Prima Donna won easily. Time, 2 mins. 4 sees. CANTERBURY PLATE, 2£ miles. C. G. Baldock's Wellington 1 T. Ivory's Sweetmeat 2 D. M'Pherson's Santa Claus 3 Woodlands and Royal Maid also started. The race concluded with a splendid finish between Wellington and Sweetmeat. Time, 4 mics. 8 sees.
