AUCKLAND.
November 3. A horse with a trap attached bolted iin Wellesley-street to-day. The trap collided with an iron pillared verandah, carrying it away. The occupants were thrown out, but were only slightly injured. The foundation of a large Wesleyan Church was Lid yesterday with much ceremony. Complaints are made of the irreverent manner in which the pauper dead are buried, the coffins frequently being placed in the graves half an hour before the arrival of the clergyman. The winning numbers in Theodore Brown's £10,000 sweep were Zulu 8678, Czar 1233, and Sweetmeat 1841. The names of the holders of these numbers have not been, aisoloied,,
