DISTRICT COURT.

Thursday, November 3. (Before His Honor Judge Kenny.) The case J. G. Kinross v. Walker, Morrin, and Russel, and the National Bank v. Dransfield, had been settled out of Court. RATHBONE v. hallast. This was a claim for £90 ss. Mr Cornford appeared for the plaintiff. No defence had been filed, judgment for the plaintiff for the full amount, with costs and counsel's fee. BANKRUPTCY. Mr Lee applied on behalf of Andrew Cooper Riggs for an order of discharge.. Adjourned for fourteen days to allow the applicant to produce his books. Mr Cornford applied on behalf of John Nicholson, of Kaikora, for an order of discharge. The trustee's report had not been filed, and the application was adjourned for a week.
