HAMILTON.
October 24. Mr Whitaker addressed his constituents on Saturday night. The address referred to the measures passed during the last Parliament and the greatly improved financial aspect of tbe colony. He said the policy for the future would be protection and co-operation. A vote of confidence was carried.
