October 20.

A proclamation has been issued by the Viceroy of Ireland, delaring the Irish National Land League to be an illegal association, and announcing tbat any meetings that may be held under its auspices will be forcibly dispersed. Tha Irish Executive continues stringent measures for the suppression of disorder in Ireland. Several further arrests of prominent agitators were made to-day, and warrants continue to be issued for the arrest of others. The city of Londonderry and the borough of Drogheda have been proclaimed disturbed districts under the Coercrion Act.
