October 21. The following weather exchange has been received :—Sydney, Thursday evening. Tbe weather is now clearing, after a hard S.W, gale which began at 10 p.m. on the 18th. The first streak of clear sky in the west appeared at 6 p.m. on the 19th. The barometer at Portland registers 30-0, at Hobart 29-1, at Gabo and Sydney 29-8.
