DISTRICT COURT.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 20. (Before His Honor Judge Kenny.) EUDDICK V. HESLOP. This was an action for the recovery of law costs in a previous case in reference to the detention of a horse. Mr Lascelles appeared for the plaintiff, and judgment was given for plaintiff, with additional costs. SNELLING V. STEVENS. On the application of Mr Lascelles this case was adjourned till Friday, November 4th. KIJNBOSS V. WALKER, MOBBIN, AND EDS SELL. On the application of Mr McLean this case was adjourned till the 3rd November, on the ground of the absence of Walker, who was one of the defendants in the case, and a material witness.
