In all disputes the decision of the Stewards to be final, Three horses to start for each race, or no public money will be given. All protests must be accompanied by a deposit of £1, which will be forfeited to the fund if the protest be considered frivolous. Five per cent, will be deducted from the gross amount of all Stakes Entries for the Handicap Hurdle and Publicans Purse (with amount of nomination enclosed), to be addressed to the Secretary, at the Petane Hotel, by 8 p.m. on Thursday, Ist December Weights will be declared on Monday, 12th December.
