Such a Ground is much required and will be an ornament and convenience to the town, and the lacilities erforded for Athletic excercise cannot fail to be greatly conducive to health, and also the means of saving considerable expense and inconvenience to the members of the various Cluba and Friendly Societies, who incur heavy travelling expenses in proceeding , to hold their festivities and games at a distance from town.
