The Times to-day publishes a paragraph stating that it has received information to the effect that the Indian : Government has decided to withdraw the troops now stationed at Chaman and the Khojuk Pass in Southern Afghanistan, and that it is further intended to largely reduce the garrison at Quettab, but that the troops in the Pisheen Valley will be retained there for the present.
