Public Notice. TO THE ELECTORS AND INHABITANTS OF NAPIER AND SURROUNDING- DISTRICTS. Ladies and Gentlemen — I take this early opportunity of announcing my return from Markets. Having personally selected a CHOICE STOCK OF NEW SPRING- GOODS, together with a largo parcel of Men's, Youths', and Boye' Clothing of a superior quality, all of which MUST BE CLEARED ODT AT ONCE, Regardless of Cost. This I'm compelled to do, as I hare been advised by this mail of a Large Stock of SPRING AND SUMMER GOODS, specially selected for me in Glasgow, and London Manufacturing districts, and shipped per the and Oriental mail steamer which left London on the 29th July. These Goods I did not expect for two months yet; but as they arc coming by Mail Steamer, should arrive here in a week or so. This will make my Stock much larger than it ought fco be : consequently I must clear out the New Goods I have just opened up, at extraordinary LOW PRICES. All my new Prints will be cleared out at 6d, Bd, and 10d, worth from 2d to 4d per yard more. All my new Dress Goods will be cleared out at 6d, 8:1, 10d, and Is 5 worth 4d to 6d per yard more. All Wool Dress Goods will be cleared at Is, Is 3d, and Is 6d ; well worth 2s 6d A few Ladies' Costumes very cheap.
