Saturday. The Council met afc noon, eight members, including the Speaker being present. DISSOXTTTIOIT OP PARLIAMENT. A commission was read appointing Sir W. Fitzherbert, the Hon. John Johnson, and the Hon. C. J. Pharazyn, Commissioners to prorogue. ■ The Acting Speaker and nine members of the Lower House having attended, the comVx missioners prorogued Parliament to Thursday, November 24th.
