(FBOM OCR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Wellington, September 8. The following is the present state of the order paper of the House of Representatives : —Ninety bills in various stages, namely, fifty-two which have not yet passed their second reading, thirty not yet through committee, three for report, two for their third reading, and three for the consideration of amendments by the Council. Then there are six orders of the day, and twenty* two notices of motion. Three hundred and sixty-three petitions have been presented this session, and one hundred and eightyseven papers laid on the table.
