LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.
Tuesday, The Council met at 2.80 p.m. REPRESENTATION BILL. The Representation Bill was receivedfrom the Lower House and,- fead a first time. SIR JULIUS VOGEL'S LETTER. The debate was resumed on the motion to keep Sir Julius Vogel's letter out of Hansard. > he previous question was moved by Mrßeynolds and carried. BILLS. The Thermal Springe Districts Bill, the Rangioia High School Bill, and the Pensions Bill were read a third time. The Timaru Harbor Board Endowment Bill was further considered in committee and reported with amendments, the third reading being deferred for a week. The Council rose at 4.40.
