September 3. The following intercolonial exchange has been received:—Sydney, Friday evening. A moderate depression is now off Portland. S.W. winds are prevailing to the westward, and on the east coast northerly winds and cloudy weather over Tasmania. The barometer at Albany is 29 9, at Borda 298, at Gabo 301 and at Sydney 30-2.
