I have also examiner', the Alb for such deleterious ingredients as are sometimes added to Beer, and have found no indication of their presence. The three first eonditiona laid down by the Committee for Wines and Bebks for the late International Exhibition, as those to which especial prominence would be piven, were—lot, Low alcoholic percentage: 2nd, Freedom from acidity; 3rd Absence of fusel oil; and all these ire fulfilled in this sample.
