I have examined sample of M'Ewan's Edinburgh India Palk Alb submitted to me, and, as a sample of what can be done b}' a good, honest brewer, it is perfect. No foreign cheap bitter, such as QuasHia—no Poisonous Drug;, such as Strychnine, Picric, Acid or Cocculus Indicus. Nothing but the Products of Purb Malt and Hops, brewed and fermented in a cool atmosphere, and bottled with care. Admirers of first-class British Beer may use this brand as at present offered lor sale without disappointment. As a pure wholesome Bottled Ale it may be strongly recommended. WM.
