CHRISTCHURCH.
August 24. At the Magistrate's Court this morning John Sanson, Henry Blackett, and John Hasaack, were charged with assault, and wilful damage to property at the office of the Liberty newspaper. On the application of Mr Stringer the case waa again adjourned to enable the parties concerned to settle the matter out of Court.
