TIMARU.
August 23. At the Magistrate's Court yesterday, Abraham and Lewis Moses, of the Cash Palace drapery establishment, were charged with arson in connection with the late fire, and pleaded not guilty. On the applicatioD of their counsel they were remanded until Friday next, when it is expected some additional evidence may be forthcoming.
