SYDNEY.

August 18. Two fresh cases of smallpox were reported to the authorities yesterday. One is the sister of Mr Salvor, a commission agent of Balmain. A man named Hutton, who has been confined to tbe quarantine station suffering from smallpox, died there on Tuesday. Mrs Harris, the wife of the man Harris who died of small-pox at the quarantine station on the 7th instant, is now attacked with the disease, and has been removed into tbe infected enclosure.
