Burke, claimed £45 for being wrongfully kept out of poeseasiou of a house at Mohaka by Paul Rerepu ; judgment for plaintiff for five pounds and costs. Burke v. Stevens for £50, value of two borses named Gipsey and Naughty Boy ; plaintiff c'aimed as having purchased them with the Mohaka run; defendant contended he had purchased from Sutherland at prior date. Judgment for plaintiff for full amount and costs.
