VOLTTNTfiEE BILL. The Volunteer Bill was read a third time. LICENSING BILI/. The Licensing Bill was recommitted and several further amendments were made in it, but none of importance. Mr Miller again moved the rejection of the elective system, but it was reaffirmed by 16 to 13. The following is the division list: — Ayes, 16. Noes, 13. Aokland Brett P. Buckley G. The Council rose at 5 o'clock.
