Mr Matson held a sale of city properties on Saturday, realising £13,997. Some of the sections sold at the iate of £19,000 and £20,000 per acre. The North Canterbury Co-operative Association, whose offices will be in Christchurcb, promises to be a great success. Shares are being taken up freely.
