Telegrams are to hand from Afghanistan reporting that AyoubKhan, although strongly enpported by bis adherents, is hampered by want of arms, and that his advance is delayed for this reason. It is also announced that a strong force of the Ameer's partizans is advancing from Cabul to Khelatighilnai, a fort about 80 miles to the north-west of Candahar, commanding the road between that place and Cabul. Ayoub Khan, according to the latest intelligence, is still in the neighborhood of Candahar.
