Protection Bill was read a third time by 14 to 11. The Vagrant Act Amendment Bill and the Hawte's Bay and Marlborough Kivers Act Amendment Bill were read a third time. The Taranald County Council Loan Bill was read a second time. TVAITARA HARBOR BOARD LOAN BILL. On the motion for the second reading of the Waitara Harbor Board Loan Bill Mr Waterhouse moved that it be thrown out, as there would be no security for the bondholders. The debate was adjourned at 5 p.m., when the Council rose.
