(FHOM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.; Wellington - , July 27. The no-confidence debato is still dragging along although the leaders on both sides profess that they are ready to divide at any moment, but members are determined to speak to their constituents, and there is no probability of the division taking place before Friday, when, as matters now look, the Government may have a small majority, but not sufficient to carry on the business of the country. The probable course will then be that the Opposition will insist on the Government bringing down the Redistribution of Seats Bill, and grant not more than three months' supplies.
