The Union Company's s.s. Rotorua, J. Tozer master, is expected to leave Wellington this afternoon, and may therefore he looked to arrive hero in good time tomorrow. Her advertised time of departure is 11 a.m. By a privale telegram we learn that the 8.8. Kiwi's departure from Wellington last evening had to be postponed, owing to the tempestuous weather.
