PARIS.
July 19. Telegrams have been received to-day from Tunis reporting that, notwithstanding the success of the French troops at Sfax, the insurgents, encouraged by the inactivity recently manifested by the Tunisian forces, are daily increasing in boldness, and are raising the country in all directions. To-day bodies of armed and mounted Arabs approached to within a short distance of the city in their predatory incursions, and news to hand from the outlying districts reports that the revolt is still spreading, and that the Arabs are rising to arms in large numbers.
