July 17.
Don Carlos, the well-known claimant of the throne of Spaiu, who has been residing in France since the termination of the Spanish civil war, has been accused by the French Government of intriguing with the Legitimist party. He was arrested to-day, and conducted to the frontier, and forbidden to re-enter the country.
