Wellington, July 18. After this week the House will sit for five days instead of four, commencing on Monday.
The rumour of a bill to repeal tli6 Triennial Pai'liaments Act is revived in the lobbies, and from the fact that an inspired leader on the subject appears in the Government organ, it is thought to be a feeler put out by Ministers.
The division on Mr Sheehan's motion to repeal the Provinces Abolition Act is expected to be very close.
