July 12. Telegrams, which, however, require confirmation, are to hand reporting that a large body of armed Arab tribes are marching from Tripoli to Sfax to assist the insurgents there against the French. The latest news to hand from Tunis announces that the bombardment of Sfax by the French fleet continues, but the Arabs still hold out.
