COMMERCIAL.
Mr Routledge reports that the sale of Mr John Marshall s cattle yesterday at Meanee there was a very good attendance of town and country buyers. He quotes the following prices:—Cows, from £7 to £13 10s ; yearling heifers, 60s each ; do. steers, 50s er.ch. On account ol Mr Jobson, fourteen crows realised from £6 to £) 0 10s per head ; 21 calves £2 7s 6d per head. On account of Mr S. Graham, disposed of three heifers at £610s each. A ltogether 125 head passed the hammer, as well as several horses, and a lot of agricultural implements, which realised good prices. (by cable.) Melbotjkn**, July 12. New Zealand oats are quoted to-day at 3s 6d per bushel.
