Thomas Jensen, claim £3 12s for rent. Judgment for plaintiffs with costs. Higgins v. Dugald Ferguson, claim for £6 7s for money lent and interest. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. Large and Townley v. T. Clancy, claim £2 14s, balance of account for work done. Judgment for plaintiffs with costs. Palmer v. H. Sladen, claim £9 18s 6d. Judgment for plaintiff with coßts. Lewis v. Ann Tannion, claim £1 14s Bd. Judgment for plaintiff with costs.
Tbe Deputy Property Tax Commissioner v. John McKenzie, claim £3 15s 2d. Judgment for plaintiff with costs.
T. Williams v. H. Neal, a judgment summons, claim £2 7s. Defendant was ordered to pay the amount by the 2nd August, or go to prison for fourteen days.
The case Ellis v. the Union s.s. Company was adjourned by consent till Friday next at 10 a.m.
Robertson v. Smyth, a claim for the value of a mare alleged to have been sold to defendant. Mr Lee appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Lascelles for the defendant. The case was proceeding when our report left.
