No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that alt claims, disputes, and objections arising shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. All protests must be accompanied with a'depoeit of 5 sovß, which sum shall be forfeited to the funds if the protest is not sustained AH nominations, entries, acceptances, etc., accompanied by the necessary nmount in caih, must be addressed to the Secretary, and left at the Criterion Hotel.
