Moved by Mr W. Shrimpton, and seconded by Mr W. U. Burke, that all members of the society pay an annual subscription of one guinea; this resolution to take effect and such subscriptions made payable in January 1, 1882 ; but that all members taking out a shooting license be allowed that amount from their license fee.

Moved by Mr C. A. Fitzßoy, and seconded by Mr W. Shrimpton, that the secretary be authorised to communicate "with all kindred societies in the colony with a view of making shooting licenses reciprocal. Moved by Mr Burke, and seconded by Mr R. P. Williams, that the secretary be authorised to pay Sergeant Mahon all accounts due, and to collect outstanding license fees ; and to call another general meeting in three months time in order to lay before the society a balance-sheet duly audited, and to give general information concerning the proceedings of the society.
