July 6. In the House of Commons last night further progress was made in the consideration of the Irish Land Bill in committee. The total amount offered is £2,000,000 : Tenders at £102 18s 6d will receive in full, and tenders at £102 18s will receive allotment to the extent of 61 per cent. The offers throughout averaged £100 9s Bd. A new loan for the Government of Queensland of £400,000 was placed on the market to-day.
