Sydney, June 21. At the inquest on Elian, who was killed in a fight on Saturday, the jury found a man named Booth guilty of murder, and Davies, Johnson, Dunne, Wiggins, and Parks, guilty of aiding and abetting. As there was no evidence to show that Doolen took part in the affray he was discharged.
