AUCKLAND.
June 28. In reply to a request from theGrammpr School Board, that the Government should purchase the College building as a girls' high school, a reply has been received that the Government have no funds available for the purpose.
Mr Miller, of Victoria, was a through passenger by the tnf.il eteamer, with a famous Kentucky trotting stallion.
