THE Fourth ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of this Company will be held in their Offices, Hereford street, Chribtchurch, on TUESDAY, sth July next, at noon. Business :— o receive Balance-sheet, and report of the Directors for 12 months ending 31st May instant. To elect three Directors in lieu of Messra A. D. Cairuthers, A. Montgomery, and J. Studh )lme, who retire by rotation, but are eligible for re-election, and who offer thems jives accordingly. To elect Auditors for the ensuing twelve months Tc amend articles of Association by inserting the following words after Clause No. 76: " The Directors may declare and pay to the Share- i holders an interim half-yearly dividend without obtaining the sanction of the Company in General Meeting as aforesaid, provided that the amount so paid shall In no case exceed the rato of Dividend last declared by tho Company in accordance with article No. 70," W.
