MR M LEAN'S SPECIAL PRIZE FOR POULTRY.
[To the Editor of the Daily Telegraph.] Sir,-—I notice from a local in your issue of last evening, referring to a committee meeting of the Poultry and Canary Association, that the cup which I have offered as a prize at the forthcoming show is stated as for the best cock and three hens, whereas my express stipulation in making the ofler of the above prize to the society was on the understanding that it was for the best pen of three females and one male of any variety of provincial-bred poultry owned and bred by exhibitor, including ducks, geese, &c.-lam, &c,
