ADELAIDE.
June 21.
The Hon. W. Morgan bas resigned his position as Premier and Chief Secretary owing to pressure of private engagements. The Hon. George Hawkes, Minister of Works, has been summoned by His Excellency the Governor to accept the vacant portfolio, and undertake the reconstruction of the Ministry.
