The Riabt Rev. Edward McCabe, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Dublin, has issued a pastoral letter to the bishops and clergy of his diocese, urging the adoption of a moderate policy by the people, and impressing upon them the necessity of abstaining from acts of violence.
Large purchases of wool for export have been made at the sales now proceeding.
