DEPARTURES. June. 9 —Kiwi, s.s., for Wellington. Passenger

—Mrs Simpson. 10—Maori, s.s., for Wairoa. Passengers — Revd. Mr Goodyear, and several others.

Tho s.s. Kiwi, "Captain James Campbell, steamed for Wellington at 3.30 p.m. yesterday, taking 360 sacks of maize and 23 casks of -whale oil, shipped by Messrs Wardrop and Co., besides general cargo. The s.s. Maori, Capfc. H. Anderson, left for Wairoa shortly after 8 o'clock this morning, taking several passengers and a good cargo. The Union Company's s.s. Rotomahana, Capt. Underwood, through some unavoidable delay down South, will be unable to_ arrive here beforo Sunday morning. Her time of departure for Northern ports and Sydney has been altered to 4 p.m. on Sunday. The s.s. Result's departure for Wairoa has been postponed until tho weather clears. The three-masted schooner Silver Cloud, Captain Charles Belle, is now ready for sea, but will probably not sail before to-morrow. The Union Company's s.s. Ringarooma, Captain Chatfield, is to leave Gisborne tonight, and arrive here at daylight tomorrow. The advertised time for the latmch to leave the wharf with outward passengers for this boat is 11 a.m.

fBY CABLE.] Lokdok, Juno 7. The Orient Company's steamer Luisitania arrived at Plymouth to-day from Australia. Melbotjene, June 9. Arrived, Union Company's s.s. Albion from the Bluff. Albany, June 9. The P. and O. Company's steamship Cathay, with the inward Suez_ mail, dated London, May 6, arrived in King George's Sound to-day.
